Optoelectronic Material and Element Manufacturing Industry Air Pollution Control and Emission Standards.

These Standards are enacted in accordance with Article 20, Paragraph 2, Article 21, Article 22, Paragraphs 1 and 2, and Article 23, Paragraph 2 of the Air Pollution Control Act. These Standards shall apply to stack emissions in the optoelectronics industry; the controlled air pollutant items are VOCs, hydrofluoric acid, and hydrochloric acid.
