This Notification aims at determining the principles and procedures of quality control on exported and imported agricultural products specified in Annexes on the basis of risk assessment. This Decree sets out provisions on company details, quality controls, risk commission, sampling, laboratory analysis, rejection of exported agricultural products, labeling, reassessment, commission of experts and certification of compliance.
