This Notification sets forth procedures and principles of control over solid fuels regarding environmental protection. This Notification covers import transactions of solid fuels listed in Annex-I. The Provincial Directorates of Environment and Urbanization carries out the compliance control over exporters and issues certificate of conformity in case of approval. The compliance control includes testing of solid fuels in accredited laboratories.
