This Notification sets forth procedures and principles of import of forest reproductive materials subject to release free for circulation, inward processing regime, processing under customs control, temporary admission, transit procedure and warehouse regime which are listed in Annex-I. The competent authorities under the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock shall carry out control over forest reproductive materials with regard to public safety and health, animal health, plant health and quarantine and shall issue certificates in case of conformity.
