This Decree, consisting of 10 articles and completed by model forms, creates the Basic Social Security Programmes aiming to implement the National Basic Social Security Strategy. The above mentioned Programmes are: Basic Social Subsidy Programme, Direct Social Support Programme, Social Services Programme of Social Action, and Productive Social Action Programme, which will be implemented by the Ministry of Women and Social Action through the National Institute of Social Action in the context of the National Strategy for Basic Social Security.
