This Regulation establishes the Center for Research and Practice on Experimental Animals under the University of Siirt. The Regulation also provides for the main objectives and the scope of activity of the Center. The objectives of the Center are defined as; making sure that all kinds of experimental research and practice are conducted in accordance with the ethical rules, respecting animal welfare and animal rights and to breed experimental animals. It further sets forth the governing bodies, their duties and responsibilities. The Regulation also covers the rules and procedures regarding the management and administration.
