Notification No. 2016/22 on the implementation of the Decree of the Council of Ministers regarding support for safety in cultivation areas affected by potato wart disease (synchytrium endobioticum).

This Notification was drafted with the purpose of carrying out alternative practices in contaminated areas in order to support farmers. This Notification sets forth principles and procedures of authorized institutions and organizations involved in supportive practices, as well as of subsidies granted to farmers who plant alternative cultivars in buffer zone or fallow the contaminated areas.
