These Measures aim to strengthen the administration of special projects for investigation and evaluation of geological mineral resources. Special projects are mainly for basic, strategic, public geological investigation and evaluation work. The Measures concern the planing, institutional arrangement, implementation and supervision and inspection of the special projects.
