Regulation on conditions and rules for processing, packaging, transport and storage of organic products.

This Regulation prescribes the detailed conditions and rules for processing, packaging, implementation of the principles of good manufacturing practice, transportation and storage of products classified/defined as organic products on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro. This text further transposes the rules contained in the Regulation (EU) no. 889/2008 of 5 September 2008 on detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 of 28 June 2007 on organic production and labelling of organic products. The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
