These Rules are enacted in accordance with Article 37 of the Gender Equity Education Act. The Rules consist of 18 Articles. The Committees on Gender Equality in Education shall contain in their annual projects the goals, strategies, tasks, budget plan and human resources needs. The Committees shall carry out gender equity education supervision and evaluation on a regular basis.
