This Law prescribes the necessary conditions for production, traffic, procurement, handling/use and storage of explosive materials/substances (excluding the need s and issues of the national army and/or related services/units) in order to offer the principles and concrete protection of environment, health and safety of humans, animals and plants. The Law is divided into VIII Chapters and 88 articles, including several inspection and penalty provisions.
