This Governmental Decree sets fort the procedure for supply of information by central state bodies and local executive bodies for compilation of the National report on the state of environment and management of natural resources to the authorized national body in the sphere of environmental protection. Public bodies annually by 1 March of the year following the report, shall provide information for the compilation of the National report. The information shall be presented in the form of an analytical note, supplemented by materials (tables, diagrams, graphs, drawings), and should contain the following data: (a) analysis of the current situation in comparison with the previous one period (the dynamics of quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the environment and natural resources, anthropogenic impact, statistical, expert, scientific and other information with indication of information source); (b) environmental problems and possible solutions; (c) review of implementation of the state policy in the field of environmental protection and management of natural resources; and (d) the main conclusions, recommendations and forecasts for decision-making.
