The President, with a view of ensuring stable nature management, development of forestry, improvement of the system of state administration in the field of protection, use and reproduction of forest species, forest management, and also preservation of valuable natural complexes and ecosystems, extension of protected areas, decrees as follows: (a) to apply the best international practices to national inventory of forest fund; (b) to ensure implementation of new mechanisms of state administration in the field of forest management, including the separation of powers for the implementation of the state control and management; (c) to raise forest management efficiency with the conservation of the independence of the state forest enterprises; (d) to ensure implementation by the central executive body in the sphere of forest management unified state electronic system of timber registration, including confirmation of the origin of timber with the consideration of the European norms and standards.
