Measures for the supervision and administration on the Licensee of the administrative license for quarantine of forest seeds, seedlings and trees introduced by the Beijing-based units of the departments under the State Council.

These Measures, consisting of 18 Articles, are enacted to standardize the quarantine examination and approval of the import of forest seeds, seedlings and other propagation materials. The main contents of supervision and inspection: (1) whether the conditions of the licensee are in conformity with the relevant provisions of the State Forestry Administration's licensing for introduction; (2) whether the licensee applies for introduction in accordance with according to the requirements, methods and validity period of the administrative license and accept the supervision; (3) whether the licensee follow the scope and purpose of the administrative license; (4) whether the licensee implements the isolation trial according to the administrative licensing requirements; etc.
