These Regulations, consisting of 10 Articles, are enacted in accordance with the Hot Spring Act. After a hot spring development permit is issued, it may be transfered to others. The Regulations prescribe the conditions, procedure, required documentation, and other pertinent matters for application of development permit transfer.
