Regulation amending the Regulation implementing the Law on the principles of emergency intervention against sea pollution by oil and oil products and compensation of injuries.

This Regulation adds Paragraphs 10 and 11 regarding risk assessment and emergency response plans. This Regulation amends Annex-I-C.
