Decree 23 November 2017 Derogation from fermentation outside the harvest period for wines with designation of origin and indication such as geographical and particular wines including passito and wines without geographical indication, according to the Law 12 December 2016, n. 238, article 10, paragraph 4.

This Decree sets the rules aimed to change certain particular winemaking practices such as fermentation and/or refermentation of wine if done outside the harvest/collection period for wines with designation and/or indication of origin (particular wines including passito and also wines without geographical indication, if according to the provisions stipulated by the Law 12 December 2016).
