Decree 15 December 2017 Implementation of Commission Implementing Directive 2016/2109/EU of 1 December 2016 amending Council Directive 66/401/EEC as regards the inclusion of new species and the botanical name of the Lolium species x boucheanum Kunth.

This Decree hereby determines the adoption (into the Italian legal system) of the rules provided by the Commission Implementing Directive 2016/2109/EU of 1 December 2016 which amends the Council Directive 66/401/EEC as regards the inclusion of new species and the botanical name of the Lolium species x boucheanum Kunth.
