Regulation on minimum technical, technological and professional conditions for production in fruit and vegetable processing facilities.

This Regulation sets the minimum sanitary and food safety issues through the implementation of rules regarding the technical, technological and professional/educational requirements to be observed, fulfilled and respected by all food facilities/processing plants engaged in processing and production of fruits and vegetables, present on the federal territory of the FBIH. The Annex is an integral part of this publication (containing administrative forms and specific technical and professional information).
