This Law offers the legal basis for labor principles and rules for the correct implementation of several related social, gender, human health and administrative requirements. This law closely regulates the labor relations, rights, obligations and responsibilities arising from employment and other relations based on work/labor as regards the territory of the Republic of Srpska, including provisions defining the collective labor agreements, and the universal application of the above mentioned rules to all natural and legal person regardless of their nationality, gender or other. Article 77 determines the rules and terms for agricultural (also seasonal) sector workers. This text is divided into XXII Chapters and 273 articles, including inspection provisions (Chapter XX); and offences and consequential penalties (see Chapter XXI).
