The President, with a view of ensuring accelerated development of fat-and-oil industry, decrees to validate “road map” envisaging the expansion of the resource base for production of fat and oil products, the modernization of equipment at fat-and-oil enterprises, their equipping with modern systems of control and accounting of production processes in accordance with the Annex. Cotton oil intended for further industrial processing, shall be traded through exchange trades exclusively to the enterprises of JSC "Uzpahtaeg". Producers of vegetable oils shall be exonerated until 1 January 2019 from payment of value added tax related to the amount produced from imported oilseeds.
