The two Parties agreed to take appropriate measures to promote economic, industrial and technological cooperation between the two countries based on equality and mutual benefit. The areas of cooperation may include: industry; agriculture; tourism and services; trading; and joint venture. Transactions concluded within the scope of this Agreement shall be paid in freely convertible currencies in accordance with the respective existing laws and regulations of the two countries. The contracting parties further agreed to establish a mixed committee composed of the relevant ministers or deputy ministers of the two countries or their designated representatives.
