Sub-Decree No. 14 on the Transferring Phnom Penh Water Supply Authority under the Management of Ministry of Industry, Mines and Energy.

The Sub-Decree places the Phnom Penh Water Supply Authority under the Management of Ministry of Industry, Mines and Energy with the aim of expanding the mission to effectively provide clean water services by this unit outside Phnom Penh where possible.
