Decree 7 December 2016 Authorization methods as regards the fishing in the Fossa di Pomo.

This Decree stipulates the conditions and necessary terms for obtaining (release, validity and renewal) the special fishing authorization as regards the Fossa di Pomo (Adriatic sea fishing zone). Rules here established are aimed at granting the controlled and sustainable fishing activity in specific marine fishing area; this text also implements the creation and use of list of fishing vessels authorized for fishing activities in the Fossa di Pomo fishing zone. The Annex is also part of this text.
