This Decree, consisting of 6 articles, recovers the Strategic Management and Planning Committee (CEGEP). CEGEP is responsible for performing the following activities: monitoring and evaluating governmental actions, in their respective areas of competence; establishing the budgetary policy compatible with the financial capacity of the State; resolving, when requested by any of the members of the Committee, on processes that will impact the personnel expenses, cost or investment with State Treasury resources or other sources of Direct or Indirect Administration; defining priorities of allocation of resources; analyzing emerging issues. Composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Committee are specified in the text.
