This Regional Decree establishes that state nature reserve of regional significance "Klonovsky" shall be constituted with a view of conservation and reproduction of valuable wild fauna species from economic, scientific and cultural point of view. Owners and tenants of land plots located within the boundaries of the reserve are obliged to observe the special protection regime established in the nature reserve. The following activities shall be prohibited on the whole territory of the protected area: a) felling of forest species (except for felling for forest fire extinguishment, sanitary felling and felling related to the construction, reconstruction and operation of transportation, communications and utilities lines); (b) entry, exit and parking of motor vehicles, except for service vehicles; (c) hunting, except for the purpose of regulation of the number of game; (d) capture and hunting of wild fauna species that are not subject to hunting; (e) destruction and damaging mating and nesting grounds of wild fauna species, collection of eggs; (f) navigation in motor boats, except for service and life-saving motor boats; (g) organization of tourist camps and making fires outside specially equipped areas; (h) application of chemicals, mineral fertilizers, plant protection means and nutrients; (i) release of alien species; (j) waste disposal; (k) destruction or damaging warning signs and information boards; (l) exploration of subsoil and mining; (m) construction of buildings, facilities, roads and pipelines, power lines and other communications, with the exception of facilities ensuring operation of the reserve; and (n) stay with unleashed dogs of all breeds.
