This Regional Decree establishes that state nature biological reserve of regional significance on the territory of Solets district shall be constituted with a view of conservation and restoration of the population of roe deer and black grouse. The territory of the reserve shall not be withdrawn from land use and forest use. Land users and forest users of this territory are obliged to observe the regime established in the reserve. The reserve shall be indicated on the ground by warning and information signs along the perimeter of its boundaries. state nature biological reserve of regional significance on the territory of Solets district shall perform the following tasks: (a) conservation of natural complexes; (b) maintenance of ecological balance; (c) protection and restoration of numbers of roe deer and black grouse, rare and endangered wild fauna species, including valuable species from economic, scientific and cultural point of view; (d) protection against poaching; (e) improvement of natural habitats of wild fauna species; (f) conservation of nesting and mating grounds of wild fauna species; (g) prevention of the outbreak of animal diseases; and (h) registration of rare and endangered game. The following activities shall be prohibited: (a) hunting of roe deer and black grouse; (b) littering of the territory; (c) water logging; (d) haymaking; (e) burning of vegetation; (f) storage of petroleum products and other hazardous substances; (g) installation of continuous, without open spaces, fences on migratory routes of wild fauna species; (h) installation of traps and fishing gear in rivers; and (i) removal of young growth of trees and shrubbery under communication and power lines, along pipelines.
