Regulation amending the Regulation on microbiological criteria for food safety.

This Regulation amends some provisions part of the Regulation on microbiological criteria for food safety (published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro 26/2016) Changes are related to the new Annex 1 (containing the full list of specific criteria respected for each food category). This Regulation further transposes the provisions contained in the Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/1495 of 23 August 2017 amending Regulation (EC) No 2073/2005 as regards Campylobacter in broiler carcases.
