Administrative Measures of the State Forestry Administration for Administrative Licensing.

These Measures, consisting of 30 articles, are enacted to implement the Administrative License Law of the People's Republic of China, strengthen the management of administrative licensing and standardize administrative licensing. The State Forestry Administration shall set up an Administrative Office for Administrative Licensing to manage administrative licensing. Its main responsibilities are to be responsible for: (1) organizing the drafting of administrative licensing work management systems; (2) administrative licensing hearings; (3) information statistics related to administrative licensing; (4) handling complaints and reports of administrative licensing work; (5) the implementation of supervision and inspection of administrative licenses; (6) providing legal advisory services for administrative licensing; (7) directing local forestry authorities to implement administrative licensing according to law. The Measures further make provisions for: administrative licensing work procedures, fee collection management, supervision and inspection, etc.
