Commercial Feed (Agriculture Code: Title 6, Subtitle B, Chapter 141).

This Chapter lays down the definition of commercial feed as a simple, mixed, compounded, ground, unground, organic, or inorganic material used as a feed for an animal, including a vitamin, mineral, antibiotic, antioxidant, medicine, drug, chemical, or other material used as an ingredient or component of a mixture of materials used as a feed for an animal as well as the exceptions to this rule. Further the chapter regulates licensing requirements regarding the manufacture or distribute commercial feed including license terms, its refusal and revocation; labeling of commercial feed; inspection fees, penalties for late filing or payment; records; additional reports; audits; inspection, sampling and analysis including rules of procedure for sampling and analysis; enforcement; remedies; and penalties.
