This Regulation sets forth provisions for regulating the mission, the functions, sphere of competence and organizational grounds for the operation of the Ministry of Agriculture, Regional Development and Environmental Protection. The Ministry performs the functions established by this Regulation in following areas: (a) agriculture; (b) foodstuffs; (c) food safety; (d) regional and rural development; (e) land-use planning; (f) protection of the environment and climate change; and (g) natural resources.
