During the hunting, each participant (hunter, beater) is required to know and comply with the Hunting Safety Rules. The owner of a hunting rifle is responsible for proper storage of weapons and ammunition, as well as for all possible consequences arising in the incorrect or illegal storage and use of hunting gear and ammunition. The right to carry the firearm is granted only to the owner in possession of permit. The owner, in possession of permit to carry firearm can use it exclusively for hunting, and also for training in specialize shooting galleries. The owner of hunting firearm is obliged to ensure the safe storage of weapons and ammunition. It is prohibited to use hunting weapons that have technical malfunction. Use of expired ammunition is prohibited.
