The goals of the National Program shall be as follows: (a) ensuring by 2020 17 percent of final energy consumption from renewable sources and improvement of energy efficiency by 8.2 percent; (b) ensuring by 2020 expansion of agricultural land area destined for agroecology by 20 percent.
