These Measures are enacted to standardize and strengthen the management of central treasury subsidy fund for rural dangerous housing reconstruction, and improve the use efficiency of the fund. The Measures consist of 21 Articles divided into 5 Chapters: General provisions; Fund application and fund allocation; Fund use management; Performance evaluation; Supplementary provisions. The allocation of the central treasury subsidy fund for rural dangerous housing reconstruction shall follows the following principles: (1) Allocate the subsidy funds fairly and reasonably; (2) Give priority to supporting poor households and areas with financial difficulties and make overall plans; (3) Establish a performance evaluation system, innovative project implementation and fund management mechanisms.
