These Measures are enacted to strengthen the administration of institutions storing bacterial (viral) strains of human pathogenic microorganisms. The Measures consist of 35 Articles divided into 6 Chapters:General Provisions; Duties of Storing Institutions; Designation of Storing Institutions; Storing Activities; Supervision, Management and Penalties; Supplementary Provisions. The institutions storing bacterial (viral) strains of human pathogenic microorganisms shall be designated by the Ministry of Health after expert evaluation. The Ministry of Health shall issue the Certificate of Institutions Storing Bacterial (Viral) Strains of Human Pathogenic Microorganisms.
