These Rules are enacted to implement the comprehensive river basin management plan and subsidize the establishment of recirculating aquaculture facilities in the fish farms. The Rules provide for the standards, application, examination and approval of subsidies for circulating water aquaculture facilities. The Rules provide for the measures to be taken by the fishery administration authorities at all levels after receiving the notice from the inspection agency on smuggling cases involving fishing vessels and crews.
