This Regulation, consisting of 22 Articles, is enacted to properly handle administrative boundary disputes. The Ministry of Civil Affairs is the competent department of the State Council in handling boundary disputes. The Regulation further provides for the processing procedures for handling administrative boundary disputes, offences and penalties, etc.
