Organic Products (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (S.I. No. 109 of 2019).

These Regulations address deficiencies of legislation regarding organic products in accordance with the European Union (Withdrawal) Act (in particular under section 8(2)(d) and (g)) arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union. They make amendments to subordinate legislation relating to organic products implementing Council Regulation (EC) No. 834/2007 on organic production and labelling of organic products.
