Supplementary Provisions on Examination and Approval Procedures for Mining Gold Minerals.

These Supplementary Provisions, are formulated to speed up the development of gold industry and strengthen the exploration, development, utilization and protection of gold minerals. As a special kind of minerals for protective mining, gold mineral should be further effectively strengthened to manage and implement protection. Enterprises applying for establishment of gold mines shall obtain the Certificates of Approval for Establishment of Gold Mines.
