Governmental Decree No. 50 amending Governmental Decree No. 209 “On approval of the Rules for issuing permits for repeated crossing of the State Border of the Republic of Kazakhstan by Kazakh vessels for conducting commercial activities in territorial water (sea), inland waters and on the continental shelf, the spatial and temporal limits of permits, as well as the Rules for exercising control over these vessels”.

This Governmental Decree establishes that before arrival of the officials of the Border Guard of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan the vessel master must collect data for compiling the report on the amount of catch present on board of his fishing vessel and their transshipment to other vessels in accordance with the form contained in Annex 1.
