This Law adds and cancels certain parts of the Law on trading (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 87/2008 and already amended in Gazettes 116/2008, 76/2009, 114/2011 and 68/2013). Changes are related to some new definitions (articles 2 and 50); article 8 is amended to read: “At the proposal of the Ministry, for the purpose of ensuring the protection of life and health of humans and animals, and the protection of nature and the environment, the Government shall prescribe special conditions for performing the activities of wholesale trade and trade with third countries by special decree only in specially designed and equipped warehouses. This decree also specifies the special conditions for warehousing and warehousing of such goods and other related matters”; and offences and penalty provisions.
