Governmental Decree No. 1192-N validating the Regulation on the procedure of expert examination of pesticides and agrochemicals and approving the form of authorization for import and export of pesticides.

This Governmental Decree establishes the procedure for expert examination of pesticides and agrochemicals (Annex 1) and the form of authorization for import and export of pesticides (Annexes 2 and 3). Expert examination of pesticides and agrochemicals shall be intended laboratory testing of samples thereof with a view of determination of applicability of pesticides and agrochemicals. It establishes the procedure for sampling.
