This Regulation redefines and updates the implementation issues as regards the already adopted and promoted measure 6.4.1. "Development of non-agricultural activities in rural areas", already part of Rural Development Programme of the Republic of Croatia for the programmed period from 2014 to the year 2020 (previously regulated under the code measure 6.4). List of European Union documents that are respected is in article 2. Terms for use and grant of financial aid here regulated are listed in article 4; eligibility criteria for the project and general eligibility requirements are determined in articles 6 and 7.
