This Regulation determines the documentation necessary for the adoption of the Programme on the tenure of agricultural land owned by the Republic of Croatia. The complete list of above mentioned documents is in article 2 of this text. The Annex is also an integrated part of this publication (complete set of administrative forms and sheets; additional guidelines).
