These Rules make provisions for the procedures and requirements to be satisfied for the voluntary conformity assessment for restricted use of hazardous substances contained in electrical and electronic products. The Rules consist of 8 Sections: Scope of conformity assessment; Ways of conformity assessment; Certificates of Conformity Assessment; Basic requirements for the implementation of conformity assessment; Use of the logo of conformity assessment; Collecting fees; Responsibilities for the conformity assessment; and Formulating Rules for the Implementation of Conformity Assessment.
