Equine Identification (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 (W.S.I. No. 614 (W. 128) of 2019).

These Regulations amend the Equine Identification (Wales) Regulations 2019 in regulation in the reference to “responsible person”, which now instead shall refer to “owner”.
