This chapter of South Dakota Codified Laws concerns organization, boundaries and dissolution of irrigation districts. Among others, the chapter provides for creation of irrigation districts; inclusion in irrigation district of lands capable of being irrigated from works in proposed district; holding or taxi ng nonirrigable land for irrigation purposes; election procedure; change of boundaries of irrigation district; dissolution of district; and disposal of property, and payment of obligations.
