These Measures, consisting of 24 Articles, are formulated to standardize the establishment, declaration and application, evaluation, and naming of national agricultural product quality and safety counties, and strengthen supervision and management. The provincial agricultural administrative department shall conduct an annual Supervision and inspection, and the Ministry of Agriculture shall organize cross-checking and supervision from time to time.
