These Rules govern the voluntary product certification for agricultural machinery products such as wheeled tractors, sugarcane harvesters, rotary tillers and micro tillers. Obtaining the agricultural machinery product certification should meet the following basic conditions: 1.Producers of agricultural machinery products shall have the relevant qualifications stipulated by national laws and regulations, and their business scopes cover the products applying for certification; 2.The product meets the requirements of relevant laws and regulations, and no major quality issues or complaints; 3.The product meets the requirements of this rule and product certification special rules.
