This article of the Indiana Code concerns water rights and resources. More specifically, it provides for surface water; minimum stream flow and water sale contracts; water rights, ground water; emergency regulation of ground water rights; emergency regulation of surface water rights; water rights of potable water; water resource management; water and geological resources research; water resources, investigation and measurement; land and water resources fund; sand nourishment fund; great lakes basin compact; and great lakes—St. Lawrence river basin water resources compact.
